Client journey (not your sales checklist)

Diagnostic
Blueprint

Retainer

Diagnose → design → build → govern and evolve

Sigma Intel designs and implements intelligent operations for growing companies — software, integrative AI, payments, and data shaped around the diagnosed business need.

Four pillars

  • Software — portals, ops modules, internal tools in production
  • AI — integrated into real company workflows: scoring, voice, operations, and decision support
  • Payments — Stripe / Pagar.me inside their platform
  • Data — dashboards and KPI packs leadership actually opens

How we deliver

  • Paid only — no free consulting or unpaid discovery
  • One capability at a time — phase multi-module deals clearly
  • Client owns the code — we ship, document, hand off
  • Diagnostic → Blueprint → Build → Retainer is the client journey, not your sales checklist

What we are not

  • Not a generic CRM or marketing automation tool
  • Not unlimited parallel builds or 24/7 operations without a contracted SLA
  • Not generic AI promises or 100% accuracy guarantees

Company policy

Rules every closer follows

Commercial rules

  • PaidEvery engagement has setup
  • FloorNever sell below stacked floor
  • PhaseStack modules — don't promise parallel builds

Commission flow

20%SetupWhen setup is paid
7.5%MonthlyWhen each month is paid

Diagnostic credit: 100% of setup → next service within 60 days

Commercial rules

  • Every engagement is paid — Diagnostic, Blueprint, Build, and Retainer have a defined price
  • Sell at or above the stacked floor — never below in Sales OS
  • Suggested price is a prefill anchor — closers can sell above freely
  • Never promise parallel builds or unlimited scope — stack modules, phase in the proposal

Commission

  • 20% on setup when the client pays (first payment)
  • 7.5% on each monthly payment for 12 months only — not lifetime MRR
  • Commission triggers on payment, not when the deal is opened

Diagnostic credit

  • 100% of paid Diagnostic setup can credit the recommended service within 60 days
  • One use, no cash refund, and never below the next service floor

What you cannot promise

  • Full ERP or platform rewrite in one Transformation Build
  • Unlimited change requests after handoff
  • Fractional CAIO or data office without a Command Retainer expansion line
  • Unlimited voice lines or telephony without scoping usage

Motions & packages are what you sell — not steps in this flow

This is your sales timeline. The value ladder and packages are what you sell — not steps in this process.

1 · Lead

  • Create account in CRM — company + contact
  • Capture pain in one sentence

2 · Qualify

  • Confirm pain, budget path, decision maker access
  • Disqualify free consulting early

3 · Fit

  • Pick Sigma area: Software, AI, Payments, or Data
  • Pick the ladder stage: Diagnostic, Blueprint, Build, or Retainer

4 · Package

  • Select named SKU in Sell desk or stack modules
  • Layered builds = sell the outcome, phase delivery in proposal

5 · Price

  • Use suggested, adjust up — never below floor
  • Check commission preview in the dock before opening deal

6 · Close

  • Open deal in Sales OS → move through Deals
  • Client pays setup or deposit to kick off delivery

7 · Handoff

  • Won stage — scope frozen
  • Handoff pack: what was sold, modules, price, delivery phases
